The building occupied by a business warehouse is transformed into loft-style housing. The old floor suppoted by the metal shelves is replaced by a wood floor. The space under the floor is fully paid, leaving the space occupied by fluid of the day: living room, dining room and kitchen. The rooms upstairs are separated and connected by a gateway that hovers over the dining room. The metal staircase communicating the two floors is a centerpiece of the loft. This is a unique piece and custom whose pattern evokes the business owner. The stairs and perforated railings create an element of support at the bottom of double hight and connect the two levels continually.
The interior has nothing to do with the old warehouse. It is bright, fluid, dynamic and very pleasant.

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Renovation of a house and a terrace extension to St Etienne :[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]
The owners have plans to rehabilitate the interior of the house vacant for several years, and achieve an extension of the terrace with a view of the Pilat.
The fundamental problem to be solved before any improvement is moisture inside: the walls and ceiling of garden level are waterlogged; the carpet on the ground is soaked. The first task ahead is to seal the buried part, draining the periphery and lower level of the cellar without slab.
The tightness of the roof terrace has been redone. The existing wood cladding strip is deposited to cover the entire terrace (existing and extended) with a homogeneous material in continuity.
The interior works are intended to personalize the pieces in the style of the house, a cottage in the city. The furniture in the bathrooms is custom made according to customer needs. The traditional chimney is replaced by a new more contemporary and above all more efficient in order to send heated air at several levels through ducts.
The operation result is very satisfactory: the smell of moisture has disappeared, room layout and comfort are the current lifestyle of the customers.

The works are not only coatings. A passage was created between the dining room and lobby to loosen the link between the kitchen and dining room.
The chimney is deleted. It is replaced by furniture asymmetrical. The handrails and balustrades are custom made ironwork allowing maximum transparency. Spaces are no longer segregated but fluids in keeping the identity of each space.

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Transformation of a real estate agency into hairdressing salon in Saint Etienne[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The mission of CRYSTAL A.B. is to introduce an administrative file (Allowed to construct) during the change of allocation of the place and to compose outside facades and design on one hand, and on the other hand to help the customer to optimize the internal areas, the architect brings his knowledge on the norms of security, the technical aspect and accessibility for the persons in reduced agility.
The monitoring of jobs was accomplished by the customer himself.

The characteristic of this project is to create a low wall with middle height to separate the room and the bathroom. This astute low wall serves on a side the bedhead with integrated soft light and another side bath-tub.
The quality of this operation as well as to the rise elevations as on the care of treatment of interior installation and completion.

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Hairdressing salon “17th Avenue” to Saint Etienne[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]It is to update a hairdresser already realized some years ago. To entrust this project to CRYSTAL AB shows the satisfaction and confidence of clients in the agency. The theme chosen for the redevelopment of the show is the cube. Boxes built on the display at the entrance, niches on the back of the wardrobe, storage boxes and tool boxes are capping cubic form. The small touches of bright colors on white background accentuate the contrast of the show.
The facade and the sign are also changed to give a new image of the hairdresser is very different from the previous one.
