The biggest difficulty to accomplish these four houses is the very strong slope of the ground. Several versions of plan were studied. The final version is two groups of parallel twinned houses in the road to acquire the maximum of green space.

Access is on the public track. Accesses to garages and places of parking are put together so as to have more of aerie of maneuver and be able to cross on this narrow way.

Every home has a wooden terrace. People can use the outside space then achieve the garden. These terraces punctuate and enliven the big facade on the road. Under every home, a vat of retention of pluvial water is in the basement to avoid saturating collective networks in case of strong rain.

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Transformation of a store into restaurant in Saint Etienne[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]To transform an ancient store in restaurant of quality, it is necessary to know how to emphasize the place and to regulate problems, especially of accessibility.

The advantage of this place is to be located in a crossroad making visible its two windows sides and its entire surface: near 200m². Major problem is accessibility for the persons with reduced agility, necessary condition for a restaurant accepting the public.

Windows and signs on both streets coordinate to reinforce the visual identity of the establishment. Inside is divided into two parties of different levels. Both rooms are approachable since the street Michel Rondet with the help of call by bell since the main entrance on the street Pierre Lucien Buisson.

Interior ambience is homey, warm-hearted while preserving the privacy of every table thanks to a partitioning at the mi-height. Some tonic colors punctuate a tone of dark found.

This rehabilitation project concerns 3 buildings and falls within the scope of protection of historical monuments (The house of Chanoine) and must respect the architectural feature of the Saint Ennemond. An apartment will be occupied by the owner and another will be destinated to renting.

For many years, the buildings were empty, except squatters. They were in an apalling state before work. During the works, the wooden framework was reinforced and treated. Moreover, the walls and roof are thermally insulated from the inside. The wooden exterior carpentry was painted at the workshop, assuring a long-lasting holding. The facade coating lime beautify the buildings at the end of work.

Valuable volumes are brought out and the rooms are bright and practical. An outdoor patio extendis the dining room to the outside.

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Interior development of a house in Sury le Comtal[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Problems before jobs in this house of 20 years are the lack of light, the too big number of doors in the entrance, a too traditional closed kitchen, a furniture not adapted to the needs of the occupiers.

In broken partitions between the entrance, the kitchen and the cloakroom, the entrance becomes bright and opened. The living room and the dining room take another pace after the abolition of the chimney and the creation of a built bar which opens a perspective on the kitchen.

The new cupboards give more tidying up than the ancient cloakroom and furnish a wall of the living room. A piece of furniture of library was created according to the specific needs and the aesthetics of the room. The detailed study in choice of color, type of painting and materials gives a warm-hearted and contemporary visual result. The internal ambience of this house has been absolutely changed: it is today’s.

The construction is located in the middle of a subdivision. The location of houses is optimized by the orientation and the view unobstructed nevertheless an access a bit meandering. The whole construction is consistent with its immediate environment.

Arrangement of a veterinary clinic hall in Savigneux (near by town of Montbrison)

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Arrangement of a veterinary clinic hall in Savigneux (near by town of Montbrison)[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]In this project, CRISTAL A.B. is an interior designer, completing the project conceived and realized by the Architect Philippe BLANC.

The mission of CRISTAL A.B. is to conceive the space of the hall, to fit out it with the furniture and a customized lifeline specifically conceived and realized for this veterinary clinic. All the ground and walls covers are selected by our care as well as the study of the lighting effects of the entrance. The photo-catalytic paint neutralizes the smell and is specially adapted for the hall flooded with light.

Thanks to the CRISTAL A.B. intervention, the toilet block in the hall was able to benefit of the natural light and participates to the space of the hall by its volumetric integration and its indirect lighting.

The contribution of an interior designer is to personalize every internal space and to create an identity. Functionality combined with beauty.
