This new building is adjacent to the existing house as a result of division of the land by inheritance. The difficult of this project is to manage the independance the new home while maintaining the overall of the consistency of the two houses.
After work, the two houses can be identified on adjacant properties. It is a fine exemple of densification of existing infrastructure.

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Renovation of a rural community center in Saint Laurent la Conche :[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]
For this public contract, CRISTAL A.B. took charge of both the conception and the building permit application, while teammate CIBAT Ingénierie handled works follow-up and engineering. The goal was to renovate and extend the entrance hall.
The works also include the improuvment of sanity facilities accessibility, and the setting up of room dividers in the main room. Furthermore, the thermal perfornance was enhanced by a heat pump, a double glazing PVC carpentry, and an insulating and reflective material under the roof. Finally, the kitchen was renewned with floor and wall coating.

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Construction of two semi-detached houses in Valfleury :[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The main difficulty of this project is to adapt to a very steep terrain. Retaining walls in reinforced by concrete sailing 30cm thick were required to seperate le parking spaces, terraces and gardens. At the request of the buyers, the standard of living is under the ground floor and provides the access of the deck. We can go to the garden from the terrace by a few steps. The semi-basement operates the area between the slab of the ground garden and the natural terrain.
Photovoltaic panels producing the renewable and clean energy are installed on the rooftops. The energy performance of the two houses is classified by the BBC Efinergie certified.

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Infomation kiosk at the shopping center Centre-Deux in Saint Etienne[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The information kiosk is located in the center of the shopping-center where passengers converge: the escalator and the mail. We must therefore not only manage the reception desk, but the image seen on the entire volume from the upper floor. The full wave bank follows the flow of passengers and incorporates the place of disableds. The frame of the roof is studied in order to support the printed canvas and incorporate a range of LED lighting.

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Rehabilitation and extension of an existing building in St. Paul en Jarez :[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]
The goal is to rehabilitate a building standing since more than a century while respecting the original construction. The project plans to develop 8 rental apartments and 4 duplex lofts at the garden level, respecting the current comfort norms. A piece countant the entrance and the common premises is built on the eastern front, visible from the town road. This extension brings a fresh touch to the tenement while reveaving the existing bulding by transparency.
The general layout of the site takes into account the exeptional quality of the environment. Shared common areas such as the park on the Dorlay side and the common courtyard provide many extras that allow peaple to maintain good relationships while a bucolic living.
