To entrust this project to CRYSTAL AB shows the satisfaction and confidence of clients in the agency. The theme chosen for the redevelopment of the show is the cube. Boxes built on the display at the entrance, niches on the back of the wardrobe, storage boxes and tool boxes are capping cubic form. The small touches of bright colors on white background accentuate the contrast of the show.
The facade and the sign are also changed to give a new image of the hairdresser is very different from the previous one.

The project consists of constructing a new piece on the existing garage. To preserve the unity of all buildings, the new piece is covered by a roof terrace as existing.
Also in the same spirit of unity, the elevations of the extension will be covered with horizontal siding wood. The composite darker wood panels color mark the entrance. The rough concrete walls create the dividing line between expansion and the existing party.
The large windows facing south-east part and also the horizontal nature of the whole and contributes to reducing the volume seen from the outside.
The new piece is flooded by light and offers a nice view on the distant landscape and the private garden.

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Rehabilitation of a duplex apartment in the town centre of Saint Etienne :[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]
The objective of operation is to redevelop both levels located above a trade at the ground floor to create a duplex apartment of house in the middle of the town centre.
The initial state of the building was very poor. Jacobine was demolished. The framework and the roofing were entirely done again for nine. Openings overlooking the back courtyard were changed. The back facade was taken back to repair a longstanding deterioration. The insulation reinforced in roofing and on the peripheral walls and the outside joinery double wood low emissivity glazing assures energy performance. All elements in facade on street respected requirements of the architect of the building of France: joinery in dark color, small tiles of windows …
Inside of this apartment to rent is ample and convivial. The electrical movable shutters, the heating on the floor in the life space and the intercom bring additional comfort.

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Rehabilitation of a House in Saint Etienne :[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The house to be rehabilitated is situated in a very former lot where houses are quite aligned in strips. The result of the outer works has to respect the environment: update without shocking.
To improve the thermal performance, an insulation around is completed on the south facade part of the staircase. On the north side of the house, towards the garden, a completely glazed porch was created to enlarge the stay and get closer to the nature. A big opening was drilled to connect the stay and the porch. When we are under the porch, il seems to be outside while taking advantage of the comfort of the inside (heating, communication with the kitchen).
The fence and the wicket of access of the garden were redone aluminum.
