The living arears are now much more specious and meet the current stands of comfort.

The hangar in poor state along the main urban axis is transformed into equipment and spare parts for heating store. The openings are enlarged to give more brightness to the surface receiving the customers. From the road the sign is more readable through a transparent window.
The store is heated by the ground in low temperature to reflect the concern for saving energy required by the company.

Construction of an industrial building in metal cladding with a surface area of 130 square meters of SHON and 76 square meters of indoor parking.
To conceal the building in the landscape, insulated metal panels on the front windows and metal are creamy white color and vertical metal cladding which crowns the roof light green. The buildings industrial neighbors use the same colors.

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Interior decoration of a house in Villars[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The new owners want to transform the interior of this house for years 1970 to a house today. The functions of each piece, the relationship between the spaces, colors, furniture and lighting have been thoughtful and metamorphosed.
Some walls are demolished, others are added. The additional insulation saves energy consumption. The old radiators are replaced by low-temperature radiator equipped with thermostat. The electrical installation is completely redone.

The project alters the morphology of the low field and strives to bring each house of the very nature of the current plant.
The facades are coated with different colors following the volumes to diversify each house while keeping a consistent appearance.
Both central garages are treated in roof terrace to put in value this volume and to benefit from a large terrace to the two houses.
