The code of colors: green, brown and white gives an image of freshness that recalls the meadow land.
To accentuate the feeling of being on a patio filled with light in the sky, the ground is covered with tiles printed pattern lawn. The terms of polished concrete bar and front sheet metal in acid worked to position themselves traditional appearance in contrast to LEDs, laser cut letters and teaches plexyglas. The kiosk welcomes guests with an elegant sympathy.

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Rehabilitation of an apartment in Saint Etienne[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]When the young owner acquired this apartment in downtown Saint Etienne, she wanted to make it more modern after a development following her personal needs. The wall detween the living room and the former main bedroom was pulled down to create a large and fluent room incorporating the kitchen, dining room and living room. The old kitchen became an office. All the simple glazing wood windows, deformed by time, ware replaced by the PVC windows with shutter, whose box is embedded in the former curtain’s box.
The result is visible: the dark and old-fashioned apartment finds back its luminosity, very pleasant to live.

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The proposed construction of a hotel **** in Gordes :[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The project is to create 42 hotel rooms, an indoor pool, a fitness center, a restaurant and two levels of underground parking. With the existing structure, all over 12 acres of wooded site offers a framework and the construction quality.
The bias is to be part exceptional offered by the site of Gordes and being one with architecture and local landscapes. In that spirit, the project aims to preserve a smooth transition where nature s’imbrique in an architecture that respects.
The building design responds to a desire for uniformity within the field and in relation to the construction field. The volume, scheduling facades and materials used in buildings constructed correspond to the traditional norms.

After the makeover, the house is warm and development.

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Construction of four houses twinned in Saint Martin la Plaine :[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]
The biggest difficulty to accomplish these four houses is the very strong slope of the ground. Several versions of plan were studied. The final version is two groups of parallel twinned houses in the road to acquire the maximum of green space.
Access is on the public track. Accesses to garages and places of parking are put together so as to have more of aerie of maneuver and be able to cross on this narrow way.
Every home has a wooden terrace. People can use the outside space then achieve the garden. These terraces punctuate and enliven the big facade on the road. Under every home, a vat of retention of pluvial water is in the basement to avoid saturating collective networks in case of strong rain.
